5 love languages
The five love languages are five different ways of expressing and receiving love: words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, acts of service, and physical touch. Not everyone communicates love in the same way, and likewise, people have different ways they prefer to receive love. The concept of love languages was developed by Gary Chapman, Ph.D., in his book The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love That Lasts, where he describes these five unique styles of communicating love, categories he distilled from his experience in marriage counseling and linguistics.

Goals
Three most important goals
Be a gd dad, husband, son
Fitness -stay healthy , eat healthy
Mental health-be happy, be positive
Mistakes.
My mistakes:
Taken her for granted
Disrespect
Lost trust
Gave her pain
Impatience
Lack of listening
Not taking care of children as promised
What I will do :
Never insult her by indulging with others, honesty is most important
Tc of children, even when tired , at nights, take equal responsibility
Listen to her, her emotions, don't use mobile
Be patient, listen to her little problems, solve them.
Respect her as an individual, she's my life partner
Be consistent in ur efforts
Most important Goal in life -be a good father, husband, son.
Be more disciplined - exercise, food habits,
Mental health -tc of it.

Don't give up on others....
Don't ever give up on anyone until you give your best shot.
A young man has a sudden cardiac arrest, you with your duty team have to try their best to save him (resuscitate/cpr) and when one of your colleagues says he won't make it, don't give up on your efforts. He may be a routine case as usual for us who work in icu but a father,an husband and a son to some old gentleman. He or his family may not recognize our work (which is our duty in fact ) but these life instances make me feel that , yes we doctors might have a gods hand which works wonders sometimes.
