after much coaxing by my mother i agreed to help her[:P] in making kayibella modakas....it came out really well....

step1)preparing the sweet mixture and the dough

step2)putting the mixture inside the dough and shaping it

step3)frying the prepared mixture in the oil...

 final preparation....looks great!!!....:D

this happens to my 200th post in my blog and it crossed 5ooohits mark today.....thank all my fellow bloggers for dropping byall these days and hope we continue the journey..:)....
