yeah finally our medicine postings came to an end today with an internal.. case given to me was that of alcoholic liver disease,unfortunately patient was highly uncooperative but somehow managed to take the case and present it to our assistant professor [who managed to point out few silly highly subjective mistakes!!]...over all my medicine postings in B and LC hospital [Bowring and Lady Curzon] was pretty good[would have been better with more effort] where we saw many good cases [about 7-8 per week]..what i liked about it was the enthusiasm shown by our professors including the PGs in teaching us..from next week we have surgery [for 6 weeks] in Victoria hospital and in between unlukily have obg internals coming up on tuesday[hope they postpone it!]...today will just relax and see some movie [21 or vantage point] with my cousin!!..
mean while read these two articles of Ak and big B and see for yourself the way blogs are being [mis]used these days for personal reasons![?]

yeah man...most of the time we wud have made the diagnosis right n most of the case history right...but the attending docs always find pleasure in pointing out silly mistakes in case taking format ....
