wtf moments

in the wards one patient attender comes to me and tells "doctor my husband's urine collection bag is full..wht shd i do?"...i just calmly replied back saying now whether shd i do the cleaning work also for her!!!...

in the morning post opd day when i confidently said to one of the pgs that i have done the work he had told me to do[ecg and xray] and pointed out my finger towards the patient he says "why are u pointing out in that direction when the patient is right in front of u"...actually wht had happened was there were 2 Anands in the wards and unfortunately i had done the investigations for the wrong person.

p.s-except cleaning and feeding the patients they make us do everything here[or atleast patients think we r here for tht sake]

I don't think there's harm in running those tests anyway...it could be to their advantage. More than anything, I hope it was something like...both patients needed those tests and you run to the one you're not supposed to...so no harm done.

I have those WTF moments too...and well, the one who is supposed to be supervising you is more responsible! They seem to let you guys do all the work.

Can you take a break?!
