Old habits die hard.
Initially PC games followed by Xbox console and now mobile games(android mobile).I always manage to get good new games which keep me engaged and really don't mind spending few bucks for the same.(bought few games from Google play recently).
after all what ever u spend on your happiness is always worth the effort.
I may not be one of the richest but at least am rich enough to buy the things I want and thus making be prosperous.
I may not be affordable to eat in the wealthiest hotels but rich enough to have three healthy meals/day.
I don't have a Ferrari but lucky enough to have my own vehicle to travel and thus avoid the nuisance of public transport.
I Am may not have the best looks but I have friends who like me for what I am and stay with me during my bad times...(no fair weather friends plz!!).
Am lucky enough to not have any disease or malformation so that I can peacefully sleep at night without any pain/suffering.
I may not be a famous rock star that people flock around me but am a good enough physician that people greet me often.
I should count my blessings...c the glass as half full not half empty or else just drink it!.
Sometimes(may be always) something's can't be bought....
Patients love and their blessings.
Unexpectedly a patient improves.
A patients gift(as token of appreciation).
Guessing a rare diagnosis and it turns out to be right.
Unexpected cancelation of seminars.
This day comes every year and I always miss having an own sister sibling.having being brought up in the circle of male cousins/siblings I have hardly experinced this bondage with anyone apart from my cousins who used to tie the band.as time went on and not being my own siblings this custom gradually faded away.
Fortunately in the recent few years I have met people who have filled in their shoes and I make sure they get my heart felt wishes every year. (Not to forget my dearest cousin sister staying in Brunei country).
P.s-
so for me I think Raksha bandhan is to be celebrated with my brothers.(any day for such a thing ?)
Recently on 15th august celebrated ammas birthday.this happens to be her first cake cutting....indeed a memorable day to cherish for all of us!...

Its always better to over investigate or treat a patient because under treatment/evaluation may kill the patient.

Duty day playing with a ward member.
Is when an almost dead patient comes back alive after three days of rigorous efforts and his family members thank you.
