a patient"s plight

This is a true incident that happened in our OPD 2 days back

One of the patients on the night before coming to the OPD had sustained a shoulder dislocation by due to a trivial fall.Unable to bear the pain he had decided to go to a near by orthoclinic in Doddabellapur.There the doctor had demanded 2000rs for the treatment.Being poor he couldn't afford it but after much coaxing by the doctor he agreed to pay 300rs and was finally put a sling[for immobilizing it] for his fracture and sent away.Next day when the same patient came to the Ortho department here in Victoria Hospital he was shocked to see the same person sitting in the OPD chamber and coincidently it happened to be our unit assistant professor!!!!!....you must be wondering now how i came to know about this?...the patient himself narrated all this to my friend during his history taking for the internals!!...
